How It Works?
The DPSE chip in the Commercial Descaler for Water is made from nine types of alloy materials. Water flowing through the DPSE system generates electrons, and the directed movement of these electrons creates a weak electric current. This current transforms the molecular structure of limescale from hard calcite to soft aragonite. The smooth surface of aragonite makes it less likely to adhere to pipelines, leading to the detachment of limescale and achieving descaling.

The process of scale detachment from equipment after installing the Commercial Descaler for Water is as follow



Before installing the ScaleDp® Commercial Descaler for Water, the equipment was covered with hard scale, affecting heat transfer efficiency and leading to decreased performance. After about 7 days of installation, the hard scale gradually transformed into loose aragonite under the action of the DPSE chip and started to detach, being flushed out through the pipes. After one month, the stubborn scale was no longer visible on the equipment. The entire system became clean and tidy, heat transfer efficiency was restored, and the equipment's performance improved, resulting in significant energy savings.
